me and my LONG TERM MEMORY.

I am such a very sappy kind of person. I keep just about anything that could remind me memories from the past. I, as well, treasure gifts and letters from friends. I still have the letter given to me by a friend way back 4th grade. I do not intend to be so cheesy; it's just that, there are certain events which I don't want to forget. And, I intend to remember those memories in my lifetime. I also consider the overwhelming feeling a person could get once he find out that a letter he gave me years way back was really kept and treasured. Although my friends would tell me that I no longer need anything to remind me of the things I want to remember because my long term memory could compensate. (Laughs.) Yeah, I, myself, can't explain why I could still remember memories 10 years ago. And, I don't just remember the certain event, I remember everything! Let's say, the 1st day I've met my best friend's pal, Ivan Milan, 11 years ago, I don't just remember that it was September 9, 1998. I could also remember that it's his birthday on that date and my and my bes was wearing our P.E. uniform when it so happened that she called Ivan to greet him. And there, she introduced me to him. I could also really that it was cold then yet me and my best friend managed to eat ice cream; And to think that I can't say that me and Ivan hadn't became close. I could even say that by this time, he no longer recognizes me. But, every time 09-09 comes, I would remember that it's Ivan's birthday. Up to this moment, I do not know what benefit I could get through this long term memory, but, at least, I could assure people I've met long long time ago, that they will be remembered anytime we cross paths again.
